• Vinayaga Rolling Shutters are made of 75mm x 18/19/20/21 CRCA Lath sections.
  
• Vinayaga Rolling Shutters have rolling centres of 75mm and effective bridge depth of 12mm without any welded joint interlocked with each other.
  
• Vinayaga Rolling Shutter ends are locked with heavy M.S. Clips completely.
  
• Lock plates are made of 10G sheet with 35 x 35 x 5 mm angle. Sheet and angle are riveted by 6mm rivets. Both ends of lock plates are made   out of 40 x 6 mm flats with 10mm plate for locking arrangements.
  
• Handles are made of 20 x 5 mm flats.
  
• Guide channels are made of 10G pressed sheet with 3" depth and 1" width. The roller plates for guide channels are made out of 10G Sheet with 20 mm square and cast iron riveted by 6mm and 10mm rivets.
  
• Spring sets are made of heavy duty pipe roller shaft fitted with high  tension steel wire springs according to the size of the shutters.
  
• Pulleys for rotating shutters are made of 35mm x 6mm flat with ball bearing attachment for smooth and easy operation.
  
• Top covers are made of 20 G BP sheets with 25X25X3mm MS angles at both ends.
  
• Pulling rods are made of 10 and 12 mm rounds according to the size and gauge of the shutters.
  
• Wicket Gates of 600mm width X 1200mm height and 900 mm width X 1800 mm height can be provided if desired by customer.
